A popular west coast coffee chain is continuing it’s expansion in Central Florida with a future location in Hamlin. According to a pre-application permit filed with Orange County, Dutch Bros Coffee will be occupying one of the few remaining vacant parcels at Hamlin.
Dutch Bros currently has 3 stores open in Orlando, 2 along US 27 in Clermont and Davenport, and another in Winter Park. The chain has 5 additional stores listed as coming soon throughout Florida.
The new coffee shop will be located along Hamlin Groves Trail, between Auto Zone and Taco Bell. Dutch Bros Coffee does not have a dining room, instead of serving coffee and drinks through their renowned drive-thru or a walk-up window. Site plans indicate the dual drive-thru can accommodate up to 24 cars in line. Cross access into the Taco Bell parking lot is proposed to improve connectivity between businesses.

Founded in 1992 by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma in Grants Pass, Oregon, Dutch Bros has grown into a thriving enterprise with hundreds locations across the United States. The company is renowned for its extensive menu, featuring a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and energy drinks, all customizable to cater to individual tastes. With a strong emphasis on community involvement and customer satisfaction, Dutch Bros Coffee has cultivated a loyal customer base, making it a standout brand in the coffee industry.
