More gas stations are coming to Horizon West to help relieve the current overcrowded pumps that residents experience, especially along Avalon Road. In total, 3 new stations will be coming to the area, and are in different stages of development.

7-Eleven Along Seidel Road
Located in The Mark along Seidel Road, a new 7-Eleven station is the furthest along and is towards the end of the construction cycle. This station will feature 16 fuel pumps and a 3,010 square foot convenience store.

7-Eleven at Flamingo Crossings
Located at Flamingo Crossings next to Wendy’s, a new 7-Eleven station is under active construction on the entire site. This station will feature 12 fuel pumps and a 3,454 square foot convenience store.

Wawa at Hamlin Along Avalon Road
Located at the southwest corner of Avalon Road and New Independence Parkway, the station will feature 16 fuel pumps and the large convenience store format that is a Wawa staple. Additionally, a Sweetwater Car Wash will be built adjacent to Wawa at this location.

The addition of new gas stations throughout the area will help lessen the load on existing stations and offer more convenient options for residents.
