Commonly referred to as Hamlin, the Town Center of Horizon West is designed to be the largest commercial area and has dense residential communities surrounding it. A single developer has controlled the majority of the Town Center, placing it under the “Hamlin” brand, which has made the terms “Town Center” and “Hamlin” interchangeable to many residents.
