The Mark plaza along Seidel Road is putting the finishing touches on the plaza before businesses start to open. The new plaza will be home to a variety of businesses that will be popular for local residents.

The Mark is a part of the master-planned concept of Horizon West, featuring small commercial centers in each village that are walking distance within to dense residential. The Mark is the commercial center for Village F, which largely covers the Seidel are.

Dental Care at The Mark has opened and is accepting patients. Dental Care at The Mark is currently open Monday – Friday.

Starbucks is largely built out and appears close to opening.

According to our readers in the Horizon West Development Discussion Group, Huey Magoo’s is targeting a mid-June opening and is currently hiring employees.

Piccolino’s Haircuts, a new children’s haircut concept founded by a Horizon West family, is listed to open on May 31, according to their Google Business listing.

Bronson Liquors is listed to open in July according to their Google Business listing.

New York Beer Project is still under active construction and does not have any opening information listed.

Construction has not yet started on the 7-11 Gas Station along Seidel Road. The new gas station is already in high demand due to lack of fuel for internal combustion engines in Horizon West.
