On November 9, 2021, the Orange County Board of Commissioners approved the reduction in speed limit along Tilden Road, spanning between Avalon Road and Winter Garden Vineland Road.
The prior speed limit of 45mph will be reduced to 35mph and will now be implemented by the Traffic Division.

The approval was passed unanimously by the Orange County Board of Commissioners.
