Site clearing has begun for additional commercial space at Hamlin, including the new Urban Air location. The space includes larger sized buildings with several additional out parcels.
The area is located directly south of Publix and north of Overture at Hamlin. The development plan was approved by the Orange County Board of County Commissions in 2020 under permit DP-20-05-148.

Permits for the Urban Air shell building have been submitted and are processing through Orange County review and approvals.
