The information from the permit unveils that this project encompasses a space of approximately 4,687 square feet. The slated work outlines construction of storefronts, interior walls and partitions, wall fixtures, flooring, ceiling, light fixtures, along with partial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.

Sephora is a multinational chain of personal care and beauty stores founded in France in 1970. It offers an unparalleled assortment of skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare and beauty related products from a mix of classic and emerging brands. The retailer is well-known for its unique, open-sell environment and highly knowledgeable salesforce that enriches the shopping experience of patrons.

The move to open a store in Hamlin reflects Sephora’s continuous growth and its aim to reach more beauty enthusiasts in the Horizon West area. The new store will be located in the same building as Maple Street Biscuit Company and Crumbl Cookies.
