Permits filed with Orange County indicate a second Starbucks is planned for Flamingo Crossings, located south of Domino’s along Hartzog Road.

The Startbucks will be located in the new Flamingo Crossings Shops, which plans indicate will also contain a Chipotle Mexican Grill and future hotel.

Starbucks will be 2,500 square feet, with a 500 square feet covered patio.

The addition of a second Starbucks indicates the demand for coffee at Flamingo Crossings, with a large student population housed in Flamingo Crossings Village, extensive housing growth to the south along Hartzog Road, and future Flemings Road connection to Lake County.

Coffee chains remain in high demand throughout Central Florida, as both 7 Brew Coffee and Dutch Brothers have recently opened stores in the region.
