Boyd Development has submitted permits with Orange County requesting to build an additional commercial plaza at the corner of Porter Road and Hamlin Groves Trail.
Plans outlines four buildings of various sizes in the plaza:

- Building A: Potential for 6,000 square foot liquor store with 3,200 square foot rooftop bar
- Building B: 7,000 square feet
- Building C: 4,000 square feet
- Building D: 22,000 square feet
The permits are still under review by Orange County and no public hearings on the request have been scheduled yet.
