A new development in Horizon West, The Mark, has a public hearing scheduled during the next Orange County Board of County Commissioners meeting on May 5th at 2pm. The development has received extensive community feedback from nearby residents in Watermark and Sonama Hills apartments. Changes have been made to the site plan in consideration of the resident feedback. Most notably is the absence of a fast-food restaurant, which was planned as a Burger King.
The flyer that was mailed to nearby residents was shared to the Horizon West Development Discussion group. Please join the group to view the flyer and discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
