The saga of the empty Provision Therapy building is moving one step closer to ending. In 2021, Provision Proton Therapy filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after the building was largely completely, but before the facility was opened, and it was sat empty since.

The building features two Ubiquitin-Proteasome System (UPS) units used for treatment, and the building has been designed to accommodate these machines. The building includes six-foot solid walls around treatment rooms and four Nelco Radiation barrier doors that are lead-lined, varying in thickness depending on the specific door. A 600 KVA generator is installed specifically to power emergency systems, guaranteeing that critical medical services can continue even during power failures.

This two-story, 44,664 square foot building boasts a 700,000-ton HVAC system, offering precise climate control to ensure the well-being and comfort of individuals within the building.
