One of the most popular fast food restaurants in the world is coming to Horizon West! A new McDonald’s restaurant will be opening in Hamlin in the front of Publix.
Construction on this plot has started for additional office outparcel space, but construction has not yet started on McDonald’s. The developer has placed multiple signs promoting the McDonald’s around the plot, confirming the development. Permits have been filed for several months, we have refrained from publishing since the permits were not definitive and other developers have withdrawn their permits recently.
As more residential units are built in Horizon West, more retail and restaurants will also be added and fill available commercial space. In addition, the future 429 to 27 connector road will put many popular stores and restaurants into close driving range.
