Outback Steakhouse has filed permits with Orange County for a new location at Hamlin.
The restaurant would be situated on a vacant parcel between New Independence Parkway and Walmart, directly across from Starbucks. Plans show the restaurant would be 4,900 square feet.
The permit for the Development Plan is currently with the Orange County Development Review Committee.
