A new quick service Lebanese restaurant has opened in Horizon West. Evoo Fresh Mediterranean Kitchen has opened at Windermere Village, replacing French Cafe.
Evoo, a contraction of “Extra Virgin Olive Oil,” is dedicated to showcasing the rich flavors and fragrances of Lebanon. Catering to both carnivores and vegetarians, the restaurant offers a diverse menu that includes shawarma and vegetarian options, promising a palate-pleasing experience that remains faithful to its Mediterranean roots.
