Ellie Lou’s Brews & BBQ Restaurant is now open at Flamingo Crossings. This marks the third location for Ellie Lou’s, with other stores located in Clermont and Ocoee.
This menu offers a variety of BBQ dishes and sandwiches. The main options include Chopped BBQ served on a Kaiser bun, featuring choices like Pork, Brisket, Turkey, Chicken on the Bone, and Pulled Chicken. There is also a Combo option with a mix of brisket, pork, and rib meat topped with Kansas City Sauce and Crispy Onion Straws.

Customers can choose Pick 2 Platters with two meats, accompanied by 2 sides and 2 corn muffins. St. Louis Style Ribs are available in different sizes, along with Ellie’s Favorites like Loaded Baker and Pit Boss Nachos.
Specialty Sandwiches include the Miss Bama Pulled Chicken Sandwich and Texas Cheesesteak. A variety of sides, sauces, and bread options are also provided.
The menu showcases a range of flavors, from Kansas City Sweet and Memphis sauces to Carolina Gold and Southern Lava. Ellie Lou’s Brews & BBQ is open daily from 11am to 10pm.
