Horizon West has gained a full-service auto center with the opening of Action Gator Tire in Lakeside Village. Action Gator is located off of Reams Road next to Sweetwater Car Wash and is open 7 days a week, from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and more limited hours on weekends. Prior to the opening of Action Gator, service centers were in short supply in Horizon West, as residents had to rely on Wal-Mart’s service center or the AAA service center at Magic Kingdom for the closest repair shops.
While the word “Tire” is in Action Gators’ name, it is a full-service car center that can handle all needs. This includes oil changes, tire repair and replacement, brakes, batteries, engine repair, ignition, air conditioning, and more. The new Horizon West location in Windermere includes a waiting area for customers fearuing comfortable seats, free wi-fi, and free coffee and tea.
