A new medical and professional office space, called Windermere Center, is planned for Reams Road directly behind the Magic Kingdom employee entrance. Windermere Center will be located between 7-11 and Self Storage.
Plans call for two buildings featuring a total of 19 unique spaces that can be leased. However, as we’ve seen with past development in Horizon West with similar designs, most businesses require larger spaces and take up multiple units.
No information is available on when construction will start on Windermere Center.
