A preliminary application has been submitted to Orange County’s Technical Review Group for a new townhome development along Reams Road.
The development would be situated next to Oasis Cove and contain 30 townhome units.
Last month, the Board of County Commissioners denied a townhome development further East along Reams. District 1 Commissioner opposed that development.
Submissions to the Technical Review Group is the very beginning of the application process and occur before going to the Development Review Committee.
