A request has been submitted to Orange County to develop a parcel next to Hamilton Gardens for residential usage.
The applicant is requesting to rezone .83 acres from A-1 to PD in order to construct 34 single family lots and 8 townhome lots.
Documents filed with Orange County show the development would be accessed from Painted Leaf Drive, with potential future connection to the west through the adjacent parcel.
Orange County requires inter-connectivity on all new developments.
The parcel is currently owned by Mckinney Developments Group LLC.
