Miller’s Ale House has submitted zoning requests to Orange County for a potential location in Hamlin. Permits indicate Miller’s Ale House has applied for a liquor license through Orange County for a location at Hamlin along New Independence Parkway, across from Bosphorous. The representatives for the organization also confirmed with county officials on the current zoning for the parcel of land.
The permits were just posted online on Friday, December 11, and only zoning permit Z20009267 has been submitted. As we’ve witnessed with other businesses, initial permits can be requested through the county and the business decide later not to proceed with the project. No timeline is known for when possible construction would begin.
