The developers of Hamlin have submitted a request to Orange County to revise the master site plan. The change primarily impacts the location of Popstroke and future buildings.

Popstroke, originally planed along Main Street next to the parking garage, is being requested to be moved to the corner of Hamlin Groves Trail and Main Street, directly across from Ford’s Garage. This change gives more visibility to Popstroke, and also conforms the golf course into a more standard rectangle shape.

To relocate Building H-2 to Lot D; change Building M-1; add Building B-1, C-1, D-1 & E-1; add Building A-1, which is the relocated H-2. Remove Buildings N, O, P, Q & R. Remove waiver request and adjust all tables per changes to CDR-22-02-038.

A permit for the new Popstroke location has been submitted to Orange County and includes site work for paving, grading, utilities and landscape/lighting and misc. items necessary for constructing a future Popstroke facility & golf bar
