The Grove Resort has applied to rezone 13.8 acres of land for additional short-term rental units along Avalon Road. The parcel is currently zoned A-1 and is being requested to be zoned PD.
The request is currently going through the Orange County permitting process, and it’s current status is with the Technical Review Group, part of the Development Review Committee. Details of the building are not part of the request, but it does states the maximum building height will be 4-stories.
