A developer is requesting an increase in residential density in Village H, to increase the number of townhome units from 89 to 99 for a new development. The developer is also requesting to allow for a 14 foot building separation instead of the required 20 foot separation.
The location is generally located south of Flamingo Crossing Boulevard, east of Avalon Road, west of State Road 429. The case number is CDR-21-01-020.
