In an interview with City Lifestyle Magazine, Hamlin developer Scott Boyd spoke about his roots in Winter Garden, the history of his family, along with his vision for Hamlin. As the area gets built out, Scott Boyd continues to search for new and innovative concepts to create the unique culture and atmosphere at Hamlin.

During the interview, Boyd mentioned conversations currently taking place with significant brands to add locations to Hamlin. Once such conversation, which the magazine confirmed, is with PopStroke, a restaurant and mini-golf concept that is co-owned by Tiger Woods.

PopStroke locations feature casual dining, bar, outdoor game area, ice cream shop, golf simulator bays, and technology infused mini-golf on a Tiger Woods designed course. The on-course experience features on-course drink service and unique play experience with course-wide leader-board.

In May 2021, PopStroke co-owners Tiger Woods and Greg Bartoli announced an aggressive expansion strategy for Florida, Arizona, and Texas. This announcement includes the first Orlando-location in Waterford Lakes and indicates aggressive expansion will continue, making Hamlin an ideal location for PopStroke.
