Unicorp, the developer of a new plaza called The Mark along Seidel Road, has updated their site plans confirming several businesses. The new brochure on the plaza confirms that Centra Care, Walgreens, 7-11, Burger King, and Heartland Dental are planned. These businesses are currently listed as being in lease negotiations. While lease negotiations could fall through, it is very unlikely since Unicorp is promoting the businesses on their commercial brochure. An AT&T Store is also listed, but does not indicate it is in lease negotiations.

The plaza will be anchored by a 25,000 square foot grocery store. The tenant of this store is not listed and unknown at this time. The only other grocery store in development in Horizon West is a Fresh Market at Windermere Village.
Residents have voiced concerns of the businesses coming to this plaza, mainly surrounding Burger King and 7-11 having negative perceptions in a high-end residential area. This parcel has been zoned commercial for Village F and there is little action residents can take to change the businesses who will sign a lease with Unicorp.
