A new fast-casual restaurant concept, called HUMBL, will be opening soon in Windermere Village. This will be HUMBL’s first location, but is developed and founded by celebrity chef Matthew Kenney, who currently runs over 20 restaurants worldwide.
The menu at HUMBL features 100% plant-based items with fresh ingredients, including a variety of salads, burgers, pizza, and bowls. The menu appears to be very appetizing and will certainly provide a unique offering for Horizon West compared to the many chain restaurants that have recently opened in the area, especially in Westside Shoppes.
