The shell buildings for the new Central Parc at Bridgewater Crossing plaza appear to be completed, allowing individual tenets to begin their build-out process. The plaza is very community oriented as it is within walking distance to hundreds of residences. It also provides increased competition to the Summerport and Hamlin plazas. Some tenets, such as Marco’s Pizza and an Ice Cream Shop, may have favored this plaza over Hamlin, as several storefronts in Hamlin remain open.
A full list of confirmed tenets is available on our Central Parc at Bridgewater Crossing page. Major tenets include Marco’s Pizza and an Ice Cream Shop. Public permits with Orange County indicate an Edy’s Ice Cream Shop, but other third-party sources indicate it may not be an Edy’s franchise. There are signs in the window promoting Hershey Ice Cream products. Regardless of the name, a local ice cream parlor will be well-received in the community.
