Potential buyers should scope out the area personally during a scheduled firework show to determine the visibility within Waterleigh. 

While fireworks are not visible from all locations, fireworks are clearly audible throughout the entire Horizon West area, including Waterleigh. Noise levels vary based on wind direction and air density, but fireworks are clearly heard outdoors and a dampened noise heard indoors.
