A new Anytime Fitness Plaza is planned for Hamlin and is now leasing space to perspective tenets. A new sign is visible along Hamlin Groves Trail advertising the new plaza and leasing information. The sign is located just north of Porter Road, which is zoned for commercial space.
The plaza is leasing space up to 3,000 square feet. The phone number listed on the sign is associated with a business name Crossfit Old Fashion, which has addresses located at Anytime Fitness in Windermere (Lakeside Village) and Anytime Fitness in Kissimmee (The Loop) according to a Google search.

Leasing information on the new plaza could not be found online and we could not locate any related permitting activity with Orange County regarding the potential locations.
Without a general gym in the Hamlin area, residents will be sure to enjoy the amenities of Anytime Fitness.
