Permits have been filed with Orange County to construct an Action Gator Tire location in the Hamlin plaza. This will be located in the Hamlin East quadrant, which is currently the most undeveloped of the 4 quadrants. Action Gator will join Suntrust Bank, already under construction, and a Taco Bell / Pizza Hut combo restaurant. The Proton Therapy center is also located in this quadrant.
Action Gator Tire will be the second location in Horizon West, with Action Gator Tire Lakeside Village opening several years ago. Blueprints for the new location indicate that the garage bays will face away from Hamlin Groves Trail. Potential residents to the Enclave at Hamlin being built by Taylor Morrison should take special consideration into the location of any a lot and potential noise from a full-service auto center within close proximity.
