The Orange County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on January 11 to review a proposal to build 99 townhomes in Village H, which will also include a site for a future communications tower. The Preliminary Subdivision Plan requests to subdivide 15.50 acres in order to construct 99 single-family attached residential dwelling units.
A waiver from the developer was requested to eliminate the requirement of a 6-foot masonry wall along Avalon Road.
The Development Review Committee recommends approval of the request. Their report can be read here. Comments regarding the public hearing can be sent to [email protected].
