What time does trick-or-treat start in Horizon West, Windermere, or Winter Garden? Many new residents to Florida are looking for this information, as their past cities and towns up north may have provided official trick-or-treat times for their communities. 

In Horizon West, there are no governmental agencies that provide specific trick-or-treat hours for our area. The recommended Horizon West trick-or-treat times are 6:30pm – 8:30pm. This is based on what we have experienced in the past to be the most popular times for kids to be out, but some people may start earlier, and some may continue to trick or treat after 8pm. Over the past several years in our neighborhood, the majority of kids visited between 7 – 8.
