A new 7-Eleven gas station at Flamingo Crossings will have 12 pumps available according to permits filed. Construction of the gas station is underway, and will be the second new station coming to Horizon West, with a 7-Eleven station also opening at The Mark along Seidel Road.
Permits for the Flamingo Crossing location show 6 fuel terminals, with pumps on each side, totaling 12, underneath a canopy. The convenience store at Flamingo Crossings will be slightly larger than the store at The Mark, coming in at 3,454 square feet compared to 3,010 square feet. While the store will be slightly large, a total of 16 pumps will be available at The Mark.
Construction and fuel tank work has already begun on the location and will help alleviate congestion at other stations along with local traffic. Students working at Disney in the College Program are housed at Flamingo Crossing but do not have access to a gas station in the immediate area.
The new 7-11 at Flamingo Crossings is located at the intersection of Western Way and Flagler Avenue.
